Sessions are open to members of ACAC in Timonium
 

Private and Corporate sessions upon request.

My Training

In addition to my 500 hour certification, I'm a RYT registered yoga teacher. I’ve trained in the different areas of Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga yoga and meditation. I hold special certifications in Pregnancy, Senior, and Yoga for Back. I enjoy teaching different types of yoga because it gives an opportunity for people at all levels to experience the benefits of a regular yoga practice.  

Why Yoga

I began yoga when my son, Jordi, was diagnosed, at 2 1/2 years old, with brain and spinal cord cancer. Yoga saved me during that time. 

Yoga is not just about the physical practice. A regular practice provides mindfulness, to shut the daily noise off and find a state of gratitude. It brings a state of calm, which draws your attention away from all that life brings in and allows you to be more settled in your soul.

I tragically lost my son 8 years ago to brain and spinal cord cancer. I’ve decided to honor Jordi's life, by living with purpose and joy. Yoga has helped me tremendously in my journey to quiet my soul.
